Paint & coating of Isotropic SmFeN bonded magnets (NITROQUENCH-P)

Compression molded NITROQUENCH-P shows better rust proof than Nd magnet, it does not rust while it is kept it in dry atmosphere for a long time. However, rust is still generated in high humid atmosphere.

Therefore, the rust proof painting ( surface coating ) is necessary to use. Daido provides 5 kinds of coating to the usage.

The injection molded magnet is relatively hard to be rusted, usually used without coating.
