Paint & coating of Isotropic Nd-Fe-B bonded magnets (NEOQUENCH-P)

Compression molded magnet kept in dry air in the long time does not rust, but in the moisture, high humidity atomoshpere lead to rust on the surface.

Therefore, the rust proof painting ( surface coating ) is necessary to use. Daido provides 5 kinds of coating are prepared to the usage.

The injection molded magnet is relatively hard to rust, usually used by no coating.
